Job Requirements

Valid Washington State Food Workers Card
Successful completion of background and reference checks
High level of self-motivation and initiative
Ability to problem solve effectively
Proven success working in a diverse team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of barista and bakery experience
Minimum two years of customer service experience
Strong knowledge of food and coffee products, ingredients, and culinary skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under deadlines
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines

Job Duties

Train Bakery and Coffee Shop team members to meet guest service expectations
Engage with guests to fulfill orders promptly and share product knowledge
Maintain high-quality product management and presentation standards
Plan and execute merchandising, displays, and pricing
Collaborate with Assistant Team Leader on order quantities and cost verification
Manage store-level vendor relations
Assist with quarterly physical inventories and inventory control
