- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers in the bakery department
- Maintain a clean and safe bakery environment following all safety and quality standards
- Support the department manager in achieving sales and profit targets
- Monitor and ensure all bakery products meet established quality assurance standards
- Stock bakery products and assist with inventory management
- Interact with customers to answer questions and provide product information
- Demonstrate Kroger’s core values in daily interactions and responsibilities
