Job Duties

  • Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment
  • Offer product samples to customers to help them discover new items
  • Inform customers of bakery specials
  • Provide customers with fresh products in correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
  • Recommend bakery items to customers based on their needs
  • Use bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, ovens according to guidelines
  • Prepare foods according to food temperature logs and cooking/baking instructions
