Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to lift and carry bakery products as needed
basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
reliable and punctual
ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous retail or bakery experience is an asset
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
commitment to customer service excellence
willingness to learn and grow within the company
basic math skills for handling sales transactions

Job Duties

Create outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
establish and maintain a safe and clean bakery environment
assist department manager in reaching sales and profit goals
monitor and ensure quality assurance standards

encourage other associates to provide excellent service
