Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform lifting tasks
  • Experience in a retail or customer service role preferred

Job Duties

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals
  • Monitor all established quality assurance standards
  • Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service
