- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and/or write a second language is a plus

Job Duties
- Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering product questions
- Gain and maintain knowledge of bakery products and provide suggestions to customers
- Prepare bakery items using proper equipment according to customer requests
- Offer product samples to help customers discover new items
- Inform customers about bakery specials
- Provide customers with fresh products in the correct portion size to prevent shrink
- Recommend bakery items to ensure customer satisfaction
