- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
- establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return
- achieve sales and profit goals set for the Bakery department
- control all established quality assurance standards
- monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Bakery department
- demonstrate the company's core values including respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
