Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bakery or retail environment
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
- Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return
- Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department
- Control all established quality assurance standards
- Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Bakery department
- Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
- Provide leadership and support to the Bakery team to ensure high performance
