Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bakery or retail environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Effective interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department
  • Control all established quality assurance standards
  • Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Bakery department
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
  • Provide leadership and support to the Bakery team to ensure high performance
