Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in bakery or food service operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to bakery operations
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bakery operations or food service management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic math and inventory management skills
Job Duties
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
- Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return
- Achieve sales and profit goals established for the bakery department
- Control all established quality assurance standards
- Monitor all functions, duties, and activities related to the bakery department
- Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
- Train and develop bakery team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
