Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or bakery department leadership
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform department duties
- Willingness to uphold company core values

Job Duties
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service

- Control all established quality assurance standards
- Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the bakery department
