Job Requirements

prior experience as a baker or in a similar capacity preferred
food safety certification mandatory
proficient understanding of baking methodologies and adherence to food safety laws
physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand or walk for extended periods
strong communication skills
capability to work safely with kitchen equipment and follow sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a baker or in a similar capacity preferred
recognized proficiency in baking methodologies and requirements
adherence to food safety laws
food safety certification mandatory
proficient understanding of basic math concepts and counting procedures
strong communication skills including written and verbal abilities
ability to perform physical functions such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
capable of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms as required

Job Duties

prepare a diverse array of baked goods following production guidelines and standardized recipes
set up work area with all required tools and ingredients for the baking process
assemble ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, and other essential actions
handle baking apparatus like ovens, stoves, and mixers
exercise safety measures while using kitchen tools including knives to prepare food safely
comply with food safety regulations for adequate food storage
clean and sanitize workspaces, tools, and utensils after completing tasks to prevent contamination
ensure top-notch customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor while assisting guests, customers, clients, and coworkers
uphold Aramark safety policies, ensuring adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures
follow prescribed security protocols to guarantee protection of company resources
