Job Requirements

  • No prior retail experience required
  • must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • ability to stand or walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
  • hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
  • ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
  • exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
  • exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ability to work in wet and dry conditions
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
  • may require use of ladders

  • Good understanding of food production and fundamental cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
  • understands venue menus and stays abreast of specials and menu changes
  • follows cash handling procedures related to the service venues
  • monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
  • completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
  • provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers promptly and effectively
  • maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of product
