Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- ability to use hand for single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- capability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders
- no prior retail experience required

Job Duties
- Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
- understands venue menus and stays abreast of specials and menu changes
- follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
- monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
- completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed and dressed, ready to work
- provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers timely and effectively
- maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products
- follows and ensures compliance with established procedures including health, sanitation, and safety standards
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
