Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • standing or walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
  • ability to use hand for single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
  • capability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
  • exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
  • ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ability to work in wet and dry conditions
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
  • may require use of ladders
  • no prior retail experience required

Job Duties

  • Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
  • understands venue menus and stays abreast of specials and menu changes
  • follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
  • monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
  • completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
  • arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed and dressed, ready to work
  • provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers timely and effectively
  • maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products
  • follows and ensures compliance with established procedures including health, sanitation, and safety standards
  • maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
  • performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
  • immediately reports safety hazards and violations
  • performs other duties as assigned by leadership
