- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery or food preparation experience
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work 3rd shift

- basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- ability to read and follow recipes and production schedules

- ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- must be willing to work 3rd shift
Job Duties
- Prepare, mix, proof, and bake a variety of breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, and pastries
- operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- follow proper procedures and recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- monitor product freshness and rotate stock to reduce waste
- label and package products for display and sale
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- follow daily production schedules and assist in planning based on sales trends
- provide excellent customer service
- answer product questions and take special orders when necessary
- work collaboratively with bakery team members and support other departments as needed
