Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to push pull loads up to 2400 lbs occasionally and frequently up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for 5-8 hours constantly
- Ability to squat kneel frequently
- Ability to work in both cold and hot environments
- Adherence to state and corporate sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Familiarity with bakery equipment operation
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- Customer service experience is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Assist with bakery operation within retail store environment to include preparation baking merchandising and final presentation of bakery products
- Provide fast friendly helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Smile make eye contact and thank customer upon fulfilling customer's request
- Maintain neat clean and organized work station according to 5S standards at all times
- Assist and/or create customer special orders such as cake orders
- Operate bakery department equipment including ovens mixers and utensils
- Adhere to all corporate and state sanitation regulations and safety standards
