Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods from 5 to 8 hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to operate bakery machinery safely
- Willingness to adhere to state and corporate safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Experience operating bakery equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good organizational skills
- Basic baking knowledge
Job Duties
- Assist with the bakery operation within the retail store environment including preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of bakery products
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist and/or create customer special orders such as cake orders
- Operate bakery department equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- Adhere to all corporate and state sanitation regulations
- Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
