Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other machinery
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- ability to maintain grooming and punctuality
- willingness to attend required trainings and meetings

Job Duties
- Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date products
- stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas
- monitor and prevent spoilage and communicate waste to buyers, team leaders, and shift supervisors
- maintain back stock in good order
- assist with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean and appealing
- assist with periodic inventory checks
- arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provide excellent customer service, address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and model suggestive selling techniques
- maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- comply with established procedures, including weights and measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately report safety hazards and violations
- perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
