Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking 6-8 hours per day
- ability to use hands for grasping, manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- able to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- able to work in environments up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and ladders
- must be appropriately groomed and ready to work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings

Job Duties
- Ensures fresh and appealing bakery displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing products
- stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas
- monitors and prevents product spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors
- maintains back stock organization
- assists with sampling programs and keeps sample areas clean and appealing
- assists with periodic inventory checks
- provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
- follows health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and sanitary work environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties including price and sign accuracy
- reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
