Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • capable of lifting up to 50lbs
  • able to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive movements
  • exposure to cold temperatures from refrigeration units
  • capable of operating bakery equipment
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • committed to cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred
  • attention to detail when following recipes, reading tickets, and decorating cakes
  • basic math skills for measuring ingredients, inventory, and cash handling
  • effective time management skills
  • strong communication skills for working with coworkers and customers

  • comfortable using technology and operating a point-of-sale system

Job Duties

  • Assist in baking a variety of menu items
  • frost and craft cakes with attention to detail
  • wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the bakery
  • oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
  • learn and perform different duties including cashiering, crafting, frosting, dishwashing, and baking
  • operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and refrigerators
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask as required
