Job Requirements

- ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- able to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive movements
- exposure to cold temperatures from refrigeration units
- capable of operating bakery equipment
- able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- committed to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred
- attention to detail when following recipes, reading tickets, and decorating cakes
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients, inventory, and cash handling

Job Duties
- Assist in baking a variety of menu items
- frost and craft cakes with attention to detail
- wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the bakery
- oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- learn and perform different duties including cashiering, crafting, frosting, dishwashing, and baking
- operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and refrigerators
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask as required
