Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to work in any one of various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food products and store layout preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and retrieving shopping carts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and uniform standards
Job Qualifications

- At least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist in general housekeeping duties and gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
