Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- passion for providing extraordinary service
- willingness to work in multiple departments
- ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- basic problem-solving skills
- knowledge of fresh food products is a plus
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ads throughout the store
- assist guests across departments
- merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- assist with gathering shopping carts and general housekeeping duties
- present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
