Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to comprehend basic verbal instructions and read product labels
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Available to work Monday through Friday plus Saturday and/or Sunday if directed by management
  • Ability to lift up to 5 pounds repetitively and up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work efficiently while performing repetitive twisting and reaching motions
  • Ability to bend, squat and reach above shoulders occasionally
  • Ability to stand for an entire shift
  • Must keep up with production line speeds
  • Ability to work in cold environments between 35 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit for entire shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Reliable and dependable
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
  • One to three months previous work experience preferred but will train

Job Duties

  • Produce quality food products in an efficient manner by assembling, wrapping, labeling and/or boxing and palletizing product
  • Clean and organize work area as needed
  • Rotate duties and production lines when necessary
  • Notify line lead, floor lead, production supervisor or plant manager of inferior product issues or equipment problems
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, supervisors and/or leads
  • Perform all duties in compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA and local regulations and company policies including safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
