Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend basic verbal instructions and read product labels
- Reliable and dependable
- Available to work Monday through Friday plus Saturday and/or Sunday if directed by management
- Ability to lift up to 5 pounds repetitively and up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work efficiently while performing repetitive twisting and reaching motions
- Ability to bend, squat and reach above shoulders occasionally
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Must keep up with production line speeds
- Ability to work in cold environments between 35 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit for entire shifts
Job Qualifications

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- One to three months previous work experience preferred but will train
Job Duties
- Produce quality food products in an efficient manner by assembling, wrapping, labeling and/or boxing and palletizing product
- Clean and organize work area as needed
- Rotate duties and production lines when necessary
- Notify line lead, floor lead, production supervisor or plant manager of inferior product issues or equipment problems
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, supervisors and/or leads
- Perform all duties in compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA and local regulations and company policies including safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
