Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to work in various departments such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
Strong customer service skills
Ability to engage with guests and understand their needs
Capability to maintain product knowledge and assist across departments
Willingness to perform physical tasks such as stocking and housekeeping
Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across the store
Assist guests across departments
Merchandise and stock products throughout the day
Create a hospitable shopping environment by ensuring aisles are stocked and inviting
Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping
Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
