Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to assist in various departments
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to uphold company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- A passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in any store department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of food and grocery products is a plus
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Assist guests across departments
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Ensure the shopping environment is hospitable and assist guests nearby
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties
- Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
