Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Less than a year of specific experience in baking pastry making or kitchen environment
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing bending twisting and lifting items less than 25 lbs
- Capability to work on irregular terrains including stairs and ramps
- Willingness to follow strict food safety and sanitation rules

- Ability to follow standardized recipes and guidelines
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate and maintain baking machinery

Job Duties
- Bake a variety of goods including pastries bread desserts and more using standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Scale blend divide and lay out the ingredients needed for daily baking operations
- Safely manage and maintain baking machinery and equipment in good condition
- Watch over ovens and kitchen tools to validate appropriate cooking times and temperatures are adhered to
- Abide by food safety and sanitation practices including correct storage of food items personal hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen
- Follow kitchen guidelines for setting up and dismantling workstations
- Maintain the same standard of food quality and consistency for every batch during the shift
