Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
must possess or be able to obtain a food worker permit if required by the state
must be able to lift, carry and push up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Must be able to communicate pleasantly and efficiently with all customers, vendors and fellow employees under all circumstances
knowledge of product and its uses
ability to complete assigned duties daily
ability to operate labeling and slicing equipment
ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

Receive and fill customer's orders
weigh items
package items
list and total prices
stock shelves with new merchandise
unload boxes of freight in the storage area
place containers and package materials on a cart and push to designated area
slice bread using bread slicer and package it
place baked goods in display cases
package baked goods by weighing and labeling
answer phones and take customer orders
rotate product on shelves ensuring oldest date is in front
wash kitchen utensils and load dishwasher
operate effectively as part of a team
perform other duties as assigned
