Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid State Food Handlers Permit
- Valid Driver's License or State I.D. Card
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Effective communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills with units of money and measurement
- Ability to apply common sense to execute tasks
- Meets state requirements to operate bakery equipment safely
- Willingness to participate in required company training programs
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions and maintain safety standards
Job Qualifications

- Performs mathematical skills using American money and measurements
- Applies common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems
- Meets state minimum requirements to work with bakery equipment
- Valid State Food Handlers Permit
- Valid Driver's License or State I.D. Card
- Completion of Yoke's provided training including Active Shooter, Bakery Skills Training levels One, Two, and Three, Food Handler's Safety Training, HIPAA Training, Late Night Retail Safety Training, and Guest Service Training
Job Duties
- Reporting for assigned shifts on time and prepared to provide excellent service
- Promoting sales through active discussions with guests and offering product recommendations
- Providing exceptional service by greeting guests and informing them of specials and services
- Mentoring new associates and assuring a positive learning environment
- Performing bakery tasks including finishing par bake products, labeling, dating, rotating, and merchandising
- Operating bakery equipment safely and correctly
- Communicating and completing guests' special order requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensuring all work complies with safety, food handling, and guest service regulations
- Participating actively in the Bakery Department's accident reduction plan
