Job Requirements
- associates or bachelors degree with a focus in business or hospitality preferred
- high school diploma or GED required
- must be able to speak, read, and write English
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
- able to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- two years of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- previous quick service food handling experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry a plus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
- must have reliable transportation
Job Duties
- ensure positive guest and team member experience
- respond to and address dissatisfied guests regarding service or product
- communicate product offerings, new initiatives, and bakery updates to the team
- drive product sales by partnering with the culinary team to exceed guest expectations
- manage daily communication log, meal breaks, food safety, and COVID procedures
