Job Requirements

  • associates or bachelors degree with a focus in business or hospitality preferred
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • must be able to speak, read, and write English
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
  • frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • two years of experience in a customer service environment preferred
  • previous quick service food handling experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry a plus
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
  • must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • ensure positive guest and team member experience
  • respond to and address dissatisfied guests regarding service or product
  • communicate product offerings, new initiatives, and bakery updates to the team
  • drive product sales by partnering with the culinary team to exceed guest expectations
  • manage daily communication log, meal breaks, food safety, and COVID procedures
