Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Previous bakery production experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push, and pull
- Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions
- Ability to wear required uniform and personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bakery production or related role preferred
- Validated knowledge of bakery production methods and standards
- Validated knowledge of food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage
- Ability to obtain a food safety certification
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to perform repetitive motion with hands and arms
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift
Job Duties
- Operate and supervise continuous production line
- Rotate among duties including the filler machine, wrapper machine, packing boxes, stacking boxes
- Visually inspect product for quality and quantity
- Report all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner
- Understand and follow all safety procedures that apply to daily operations
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by following all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers
- Adhere to Aramark and OSHA safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company and client assets
