Job Description
We are an industrial wholesale bakery operation located in Pearl City, Hawaii, dedicated to supplying high-volume baked goods such as donuts, pastries, cakes, and breads to various establishments across the island including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and retailers. Unlike a retail bakery, our focus lies in large-scale production rather than individual decorating or display baking. Our bakery plays a crucial role in supporting Oahu's food service industry by ensuring fresh, quality baked goods are available each day to meet the demands of customers across the island.

Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to Pearl City
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, and move for the entire shift
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
- Punctuality and consistency
- Must be open to working occasional Saturdays depending on production needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in kitchen, bakery, or production environment helpful but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to production needs
Job Duties
- Mix, portion, shape, and prepare doughs and batters for donuts, pastries, and specialty baked goods
- Operate fryers and ovens to cook and finish high-quality products
- Assist with daily packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery
- Track production batches and follow recipe measurements to exact specifications
- Rotate between tasks while maintaining focus and urgency in a team environment
- Clean and maintain your station and equipment to meet safety and sanitation standards
- Lift and move ingredients, trays, and products (up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Stand for long periods, bend, reach, and move quickly during your shift
- Work in a hot kitchen environment with ovens, fryers, and mixers
