Job Duties
- Mix, portion, shape, and prepare doughs and batters for donuts, pastries, and specialty baked goods
- Operate fryers and ovens to cook and finish high-quality products
- Assist with daily packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery
- Track production batches and follow recipe measurements to exact specifications
- Rotate between tasks while maintaining focus and urgency in a team environment
- Clean and maintain your station and equipment to meet safety and sanitation standards
- Lift and move ingredients, trays, and products up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand for long periods, bend, reach, and move quickly during your shift
- Work in a hot kitchen environment with ovens, fryers, and mixers
