Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- can stand or walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- requires hand use for grasping, manipulation, pushing and pulling
- involves bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to freezing and high temperatures
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions

- ability to use tools and heavy machinery including knives, box cutters, and electric pallet jacks

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- trains production personnel to the highest standards in industry
- performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintains all production modules in the Datapax system
- provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- follows and complies with health and sanitation regulations and safe work practices
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
