Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift
- hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- required motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- work in temperatures around 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in both wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders
- no prior retail experience required

Job Duties
- Produce quality breads and pastries
- produce doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- perform baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stock dry products
- develop new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- train production personnel to the highest industry standards
- perform production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintain all production modules in the Datapax system
- provide excellent customer service and address customer needs efficiently
- maximize sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- ensure compliance with established procedures including health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- report safety hazards and violations promptly
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
