Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Standing and walking 6-8 hours per 8-hour shift
- Ability to perform single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Exposure to temperatures ranging from below freezing to above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- May require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- Stocks dry products
- Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and productivity
- Trains production personnel to industry standards
- Performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system
- Provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling
- Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- Follows and ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- Maintains clean and sanitary working environment
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- Reports safety hazards immediately
