Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- ability to use single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling hand motions
- ability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- tolerance for temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other machinery
- ability to safely use ladders

Job Duties
- Produce quality breads and pastries
- produce doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- perform baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stock dry products
- develop new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- train production personnel to the highest industry standards
- perform production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintain all production modules in the Datapax system
- provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling techniques
- maximize sales potential through effective product prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising
- comply with health, sanitation, and safety procedures
- maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties
- report safety hazards and violations immediately
- perform other duties assigned by leadership
