Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Standing or walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- Ability to perform hand use motions such as grasping, manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, and heavy machinery
- May require use of ladders

- Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries including cake decorating
- Positive attitude and passion for baking
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- Stocks dry products
- Develops new recipes and production techniques
- Trains production personnel
- Performs production planning and forecasting
- Maintains production modules in the Datapax system
- Provides excellent customer service
- Maximizes sales potential through proper product handling
- Follows health and sanitation regulations
- Maintains clean and sanitary work environment
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- Reports safety hazards promptly
- Performs other duties as assigned
