Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking for 6-8 hours per day
- ability to perform single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- capable of bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in cold, freezing, and warm temperatures
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to use knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- trains production personnel to industry standards
- performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintains all production modules in the Datapax system
- arrives to work station on time, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- follows and ensures compliance with procedures including health, sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintains clean and sanitary work and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards immediately
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
