Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures below freezing, refrigeration, and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- trains production personnel to the highest standards in industry
- performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintains all production modules in the Datapax system
- provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising products
- follows and ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards immediately
- performs other duties as assigned
