Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour day
- ability to use hand motions including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- capable of bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to freezing and high temperatures
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment like knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- trains production personnel to the highest industry standards
- performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintains all production modules in the Datapax system
- provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- follows and ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- maintains a clean and sanitary working environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
