Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- proficiency in hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- physical ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- ability to work with FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- tolerate exposure to temperatures of 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produce quality breads and pastries
- produce doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- perform baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stock dry products
- develop new recipes and production techniques
- train production personnel to high industry standards
- perform production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintain production modules in the Datapax system
- provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
- maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintain clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties
- report safety hazards and violations immediately
- perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
