Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand or walk 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- able to use hand motions such as grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- able to perform physical motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- trains production personnel to the highest standards in industry
- performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintains all production modules in the Datapax system
- provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs
- follows and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- reports safety hazards and violations promptly
- supports store, regional, or national leadership with other duties as assigned
