Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand or walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- able to use single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling hand functions
- able to perform bending, twisting, squatting and reaching motions
- exposed to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposed to temperatures ranging from below 32 degrees to above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- trains production personnel to the highest standards in industry
- performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintains all production modules in the Datapax system
- provides excellent customer service and addresses needs in a timely and effective manner
- maximizes sales potential through effective preparation, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- follows and ensures compliance with established procedures, including health and sanitation
- maintains a clean and sanitary environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
