Job Requirements

  • must be able to work six days per week and 10-hour shifts
  • must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday
  • must be able to work most holidays
  • must pass pre-employment background check
  • must pass drug screening
  • fluency in English preferred
  • ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work in hot or cold conditions
  • must complete a 60-day probationary period with perfect attendance

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a manufacturing or bakery setting is a plus
  • ability to follow safety and quality protocols
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • effective communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • operate and maintain bakery machines and equipment
  • adhere to workplace safety guidelines
  • follow food safety and product quality standards
  • perform repetitive lifting and stacking tasks up to 25 pounds overhead
  • push and pull heavy pan carts
  • lift up to 50 pounds of ingredients
  • work in varying temperature conditions
  • maintain flexibility with shift availability
