Job Requirements
- must be able to work six days per week and 10-hour shifts
- must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday
- must be able to work most holidays
- must pass pre-employment background check
- must pass drug screening
- fluency in English preferred
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in hot or cold conditions
- must complete a 60-day probationary period with perfect attendance
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a manufacturing or bakery setting is a plus
- ability to follow safety and quality protocols
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- effective communication skills in English
Job Duties
- operate and maintain bakery machines and equipment
- adhere to workplace safety guidelines
- follow food safety and product quality standards
- perform repetitive lifting and stacking tasks up to 25 pounds overhead
- push and pull heavy pan carts
- lift up to 50 pounds of ingredients
- work in varying temperature conditions
- maintain flexibility with shift availability
