Job Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time six days a week including weekends and most holidays
  • Must be able to lift and handle weights up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Must complete a 60-day probationary period with perfect attendance
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing shifts and tasks
  • Fluency in English highly preferred for safety communication

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment beneficial
  • Ability to follow detailed safety and quality procedures
  • Strong communication skills in English preferred
  • Physical ability to perform demanding labor tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain bakery machines and equipment to ensure continuous production
  • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and food safety protocols
  • Maintain product quality standards during all stages of production
  • Perform repetitive lifting, stacking, pushing, and pulling of ingredients and equipment
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
  • Participate in pre-employment screening and comply with probationary period rules
  • Support team efforts to meet production goals and maintain a safe work environment
