Job Duties
- Bake and fry bakery products as scheduled
- price, date, wrap, and bag bakery products
- properly fill, rotate, and merchandise bakery shelves, cases, and displays
- notify Bakery Manager of product and supply orders
- assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise
- maintain familiarity with all bakery products including price, taste, and preparation
- handle spoiled or damaged products according to guidelines
- maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department
- follow all PPE, safety, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines
- may perform tasks in other departments as required
- complete additional duties as assigned
