Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred
- Food safety certification required
- Ability to measure and prepare ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with uniform and PPE requirements
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking or related role is preferred
- Solid grasp of baking techniques and health and safety compliance
- Certification in food safety required
- Fundamental math and counting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Ability to follow uniform and personal protective equipment guidelines
Job Duties
- Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Prepare the workspace with necessary baking tools and ingredients
- Measure, weigh, blend, dice, and prepare ingredients as required
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
- Follow safety precautions when using utensils and equipment
- Adhere to safe food storage guidelines
- Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Comply with Aramark safety and food sanitation protocols
- Protect organizational resources by following security protocols
