- Must be at least 18 years of age
- experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- basic math skills
- understanding of English language to read and communicate instructions
- ability to work in cold environments
- physical capability to lift and move heavy items
- knowledge of proper food handling techniques
- dependable and enthusiastic team player
- strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess basic math skills
- have a basic understanding of English including reading recipes, instructions, schedules, and signage
- excellent communication skills

- bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepping ingredients for baking
- baking artisan breads and desserts
- packaging and labeling baked goods for shipment
- operating bakery kitchen machinery such as ovens, proofers, mixers, slicers, and dough dividers
- lifting and stacking flour bags and other materials
- loading carts and racks with products
- transferring products to refrigeration or freezer units
- palletizing boxes and products
- maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
