Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch and use hands to grip regularly
- Frequent exposure to extreme cold below zero degrees Fahrenheit
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Adhere to safety rules, policies and OSHA regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in team environment
- Flexibility to work days, nights or weekends as required

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend documents, instructions and labels
- Basic math skills with ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and diagrams
- Strong analytical skills
- Electric pallet jack and HACCP certification preferred
Job Duties
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients based on recipes or production instructions
- Operate commercial mixers to blend ingredients
- Monitor mixing times and speeds for proper consistency
- Work on production line, switch positions as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training
- Maintain and follow GMP, ServSafe, HACCP, SQF, OSHA and OLM Food Solutions standards
- Learn and participate in Lean Manufacturing practices, 6 Sigma and Root Cause Analysis
- Perform general labor including stacking products on pallets
- Operate inserter, box maker, bag maker, cheese sealer, metal detection and box taper equipment
- Start up and shut down operations for production line
- Utilize pallet stacker to handle 25-pound cases
