- must be able to bake various baked goods including Mexican, Central American, and American items
- ability to perform mathematical operations related to job functions

Job Qualifications
- three years of baking experience or one year of bakery management
- proficiency with basic office equipment
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- good communication skills
- ability to work with the public
- self-motivated
- friendly and courteous attitude
- positive and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- plan and direct bakery department operations
- train and coach bakery staff according to company policies
- monitor job performance of bakers, cake decorators, and bakery dispatchers
- ensure bakery products meet quality, appearance, and weight standards
- maintain a clean and attractive bakery environment
- greet and provide extraordinary customer service to customers
- respond to customer requests and inquiries
