Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Provide a current copy of any permit license certification as noted
- Hold current California food handler manager certification
- Have a minimum of three years prior food service experience in a supervisory or lead position and or hold an associates degree
- Have three years prior experience hiring training managing motivating and developing food service employees
- Demonstrate ability to positively affect sales and profits

Job Duties
- Demonstrates and trains on ACT (attentive cheerful and timely) service standards to build sales
- Communicate cooperate and respond in a timely and professional manner with team members
- Evaluate and manage crew quality and performance during shift
- Open and or close bakery in a timely manner using process outlined in operations manual including ensuring that any keys and or access codes are kept safe and secure
- Uphold company mission and values
- Train crew members and management on ACT service standards
- Train crew members and management on all aspects of job requirements including the PACE system
- Train crew members and management on bakery cleanliness
- Manage and conduct effective new crew member orientation and new product training
- Follow bakery cleaning and maintenance schedule including repair trouble shooting reporting and resolution
- Understand and follow procedures required by the Health Department including resolving violations immediately
- Manage production labor and food beverage costs through use of inventory management schedules reports and flow charts develop and implement any needed action with management or team
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor versus projected sales weekly
- Follow company cash control and security policy including accuracy and timeliness
- Comply with all federal and state labor and hiring laws including proper I-9 identification and record keeping
- Develop staff plan for recruitment and cost and customer service effective crew member staffing schedules including accurate employee timekeeping and reconciliation reporting for payroll
- Manage and coach crew member development for improved performance promoting high performers and document performance issues according to company policy
- Conduct crew and manager reviews timely according to company policy
- Accomplish all management duties in a timely manner
- Follow and use all safety procedures and report incidents and accidents immediately
- Follow all established company policies and procedures
